We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and also to selected international locations. Every local order comes with a tracking number so you can easily monitor your package until it gets to you. We also offer free shipping on all orders above ₦150,000 (or $200 for international orders). Please note that during sales periods and promotional campaigns, delivery times may take a little longer than usual.

At BnSari, we accept exchanges and returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Customers can return regular orders within 30 days of purchase, while items bought during sales or promotions can be returned within 14 days. To process a return or exchange, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.

Returns can either be made at selected BnSari partner stores or arranged via courier, with details provided by our support team. Once we receive your returned item, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are then issued back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days after the return has been completed.
