Order Cancellation, Refund, Return & Delivery Policy

At BnSari, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Please review our policies below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Lagos: 1–3 business days.
  • Other States in Nigeria: 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Note: Timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen factors such as weather, logistics, or regulatory checks.


Delivery & Fees

  • We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. A tracking number or confirmation will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Promotions such as “Free Delivery” may be offered and will be clearly communicated.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided or unavailability at the address, a re-delivery may be arranged at the customer’s cost.


International Customers

  • Shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs rules differ by country; please check local regulations before ordering.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with a description and photos of the issue.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Items that do not meet our return standards may qualify for a partial refund or store credit (customers will be notified if applicable).
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., intimate wear, customised products, and clearance/sale items).
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.
